Baptism!

Wesley Glen was baptized at our church, First Lutheran on September 17th. Our family was joined by his Godparents Matt and Amanda Hanson, Nana Lynne, Mao, Pop, Great Nana Hope, Grand Aunt Paula, Koby, Aileen, Carolyn and Eldon.
It was a lovely service. Pastor Berg baptized him in the baptismal font. Wesley had been sleeping peacefully and was quite shocked to have water poured on his head. He was happy to share his surprise and discontent with everyone!

After the service, the Wexlers had to head out to other events. Everyone else returned to our house for a BBQ. Scott, Krisitne, Bennett, Elias, Todd, Sarah Beth, Jack and Lucy came to Wesley's BBQ as well. Even though it rained we had a great time visiting and eating together.
